Join us!** **Main job function:** Lead the design and development of critical technology solutions for banking, focusing on scalability, performance, and excellence in user experience. Actively contribute to the evolution of robust, secure, and efficient architectures, driving continuous improvement of the technological ecosystem and its alignment with strategic objectives. **Academic background:** Graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Software, Computer Science, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum three (3) years of experience preferably in the financial sector in software architecture areas. **Technical knowledge/tools:** * Programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Python, or similar. * Design and implementation of REST APIs and microservices. * PAAS platforms and cloud ecosystems (Azure, GCP, AWS). * Principles of scalable, resilient, and secure architecture. * Best practices in DevOps and FinOps. * Integration of security practices (DevSecOps). * Version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Solution modeling and technical documentation (UML, architecture diagrams). **Skills and Competencies.** * Critical and analytical thinking. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Continuous learning. * Effective and assertive communication. * Customer service orientation. *Hello!
