





We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** for the **Logistics** department, responsible for supporting operational, documentation, and control processes, ensuring efficient information flow and timely dispatch management. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in scheduling and tracking finished product shipments. * Perform document control of transport waybills, delivery notes, and associated invoices. * Maintain up-to-date inventory and material movement records. * Prepare reports and performance indicators for the department. * Issue delivery notes using World Office software. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or technological degree in administrative, logistics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months in administrative roles. **Skills:** * Proficiency in Excel and office software tools. * Basic knowledge of invoicing and transportation documentation. * Experience with World Office software is desirable. **Competencies:** Organization, attention to detail, teamwork, assertive communication, and customer service orientation. **We Offer** * Job stability and a collaborative work environment.
