We are looking for the talent to fill the position of Senior Atlassian Consultant (JIRA) Main responsibilities: * Lead the implementation, configuration, and advanced administration of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools. * Design, optimize, and maintain workflows, permission schemes, screens, custom fields, and dashboards according to business needs. * Provide strategic consulting to align the use of Atlassian tools with best practices in agile project management, ITSM, and enterprise scaling (SAFe, ITIL, DevOps). * Perform integrations with external applications and plugins from the Atlassian Marketplace, ensuring compatibility and performance. * Manage and monitor the performance, security, and scalability of the Atlassian platform, both in Cloud and Data Center/Server environments. Requirements: * Professional with more than 5 years of advanced experience in Jira Software (Cloud/Data Center), Jira Service Management (Cloud/Data Center), Confluence (Cloud/Data Center), and Atlassian Guard. * Implementation and configuration of more than 6 Atlassian add-ons, including integrations in enterprise environments. * Solid knowledge of DevOps and its integration with Atlassian. * Knowledge of infrastructure (on\-premises and hybrid cloud). * Development of scripts and automations (Groovy, Java, Python, Shell, PowerShell, Atlassian REST API) to customize, integrate, and extend functionalities. * Ability to design and implement integrations between Atlassian and other corporate platforms. * Experience with deployments on Azure Cloud (virtual machines, containers, storage). * Integration of Atlassian with Azure services for orchestration and automation. * Intermediate knowledge of Linux for administration and deployments. * Minimum of 3 documented success cases in large-scale Atlassian implementations. * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with both technical and business teams.
