This role is ideal for someone currently pursuing or close to completing a technical, technological, or university degree in administrative, technical, or analytical fields, and who is eager to start their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The position is part of the Procurement Experience (PEX) team and will be primarily responsible for maintaining master data in procurement systems and generating reports that drive innovation and process improvement. The ability to communicate effectively in English is required, as the role involves collaboration with global teams. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and ensure the accuracy of data entries in the eMarketplace system. * Use Excel to clean, structure, analyze and report operational data. * Generate recurring reports that help identify patterns, gaps, or areas for process optimization. * Propose small improvements or validations that increase the reliability of procurement\-related data. * Document changes and findings in a clear and structured way. * Support team members in ad hoc tasks related to reporting, data uploads or validations. * Collaborate in the execution and follow\-up of small projects or initiatives within the Experience Procurement team.
