Ready to create together?** **Main job function:** Responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing customer engagement strategies, maximizing their value throughout the entire lifecycle. Structuring personalized customer journeys, coordinating multichannel campaigns, implementing automated processes, and building analytics that enhance decision-making. **Education:** Graduate in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in data analysis, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, computer science, or project management are desirable. **Experience:** Minimum of three (3) years of experience, preferably in the financial sector, in areas such as CRM management, campaign automation, data analytics, or customer loyalty strategies. **Technical knowledge/tools:** * Proficiency with Google Workspace. * Proficiency with office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), especially advanced use of Excel spreadsheets and PPT. * **Data analysis:** Segmentation, time series analysis, handling large volumes of data. * **Languages and BI:** AWS (native tools), SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI. * Financial and non-financial indicators: Reading, interpretation, and behavioral analysis. * **Business Intelligence:** Methodologies for organizational optimization. * **Project management:** Planning and execution focused on data-driven results. * Development of advanced analytics for strategic decision-making. * Design and maintenance of interactive dashboards and executive reports. * Identification of improvement opportunities based on information analysis. **Skills and Competencies:** * Analytical thinking. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Adaptability. * Time management. *Discover the future of banking with BBVA!
