Additionally, provide support to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, contributing to financial analysis, budget planning, and monitoring company performance. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Lead the mergers and acquisitions process for the company. * Support the identification and evaluation of potential targets, focusing on strategic alignment, portfolio complementarity, and value creation. * Conduct financial, strategic, and operational analyses of target companies (valuation, benchmarking, synergies). * Actively participate in due diligence processes (financial, accounting, legal, regulatory, human resources, etc.), being responsible for organizing information, coordinating internal teams, and interacting with external advisors. * Prepare decision-support materials such as presentations for committees and boards of directors, investment documents, and comparative analyses. * Participate in developing and overseeing post-merger and acquisition integration plans, collaborating with internal departments to ensure synergy capture and KPI monitoring. * Monitor the performance of acquired companies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives defined during the investment phase. * Contribute to the growth of M&A portfolios. * Support the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department, especially during periods of lower M&A project volume, participating in activities such as financial analysis, budget planning, forecast reviews, and supporting the monitoring of the company’s financial results. * Track project results, risks, and issues by collaborating with task owners and subject matter experts across multiple interconnected internal workflows and external service providers. * Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations. **About You** * Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, accounting, financial management, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency. * Minimum of 5 years of experience working in teams leading merger and acquisition integrations, preferably within the financial services industry. * Experience in financial project valuations and investment banking. * Experience in the insurance sector is ideal but not required.
