To achieve this, this position will be responsible for programming and monitoring routes, as well as controlling equipment collection, ensuring that oxygen users' requirements are met promptly according to the times and conditions agreed with customers. This could be your opportunity to develop and grow in a strategic role as part of a high-impact team! **What will your key responsibilities be?** * Program distribution routes based on resources and requests. * Prepare documentation per route. * Generate Apnea schedule for healthcare personnel. * Deliver assigned routes to crews with necessary documentation and information. * Support crews during routes (directions, statuses, references, communication). * Monitor route compliance. * Reprogram postponed/failed services, notifying patients and GIS. * Validate route documentation. * Digitize and control Incident Reports and IPR (real progress index) reports. * Prepare execution and incident reports for analysis. * Report unsafe acts/conditions. * Monitor road safety of routes using software.
