Environmental engineer with experience in implementing management systems, working on an hourly basis under a service provision contract. Plan, implement, coordinate, and monitor the Environmental Management System of the IPS, ensuring compliance with current environmental regulations, especially those related to comprehensive management of hospital waste, efficient use of natural resources, and prevention of negative environmental impacts. Ensure proper segregation, collection, storage, internal transport, and disposal of generated waste. Coordinate with providers for external collection of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, and verify traceability and final disposal manifests. Train and raise staff awareness on environmental issues: waste, efficient water and energy use. Conduct periodic environmental inspections in all clinical and administrative areas. Manage required environmental permits (discharges, emissions). Monitor environmental indicators defined by the IPS and competent authorities. Keep environmental system documentation up to date and participate in internal and external audits. Job type: Contract
