Inventory Management * Continuously verify inventory levels against the defined ideal, generating timely alerts and coordinating supply with purchasing and warehouse teams, to prevent stockouts or excess inventory costs. * Ensure proper storage, rotation, and handling of raw materials and finished products, complying with conditions specified in technical sheets and quality standards. Quality and Complaints * Supervise compliance with quality standards, technical sheets, GMP, HACCP, and current sanitary regulations, to guarantee product safety and reliability. * Analyze causes of received complaints, leading corrective and preventive action plans to maintain non-conformity levels within those established by the organization. Food Leadership and Coordination * Organize and manage production shifts according to operational demand, ensuring continuity and achievement of production targets. * Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff on the correct use of technical sheets and application of good manufacturing practices, promoting discipline, order, and a safety culture. Record Management and Continuous Improvement * Ensure timely and accurate completion of traceability records, production reports, and technical sheet control documentation, providing reliable information for audits and decision-making. * Promote innovation and process improvement, ensuring implementation of actions that increase productivity and enhance satisfaction of internal and external customers.
