Monitor monthly performance through results analysis. Provide reliable and timely information for decision-making by maintaining an effective financial model that allows simulating different scenarios and potential business situations. **Your responsibilities** ------------------------- * **Budgeting:** Build Plan and Forecast in collaboration with other company departments, using financial models and systems to obtain the P\&L for the countries under your responsibility. * **Closing:** Perform reviews and various analyses on the monthly P\&L results. * **Internal reporting:** Prepare closing and budget reports to provide visibility across departments regarding company results. Present results and GMVAs for the countries under your responsibility using month-end closing data compared to budget and prior year. * **Commercial/strategic meetings:** Participate in commercial and strategic meetings, providing visibility into month-end closing, projections for future periods, and key insights on risks and opportunities to support better decision-making across company teams. * **Others:** Actively participate in identifying improvements in business profitability through synergy with different company departments. **The experience we're looking for** ------------------------------- * Experience: 2\-3 years in Financial Planning/Commercial Finance roles * Advanced Excel * Intermediate English (\+70%) * Professional background: Accountant, Business Administration/Industrial Engineering/Economics **Equity** ----------- We recognize that in real life, not all requirements are always met.
