Prestigious company dedicated to Technical Document Management requires a professional with the following profile: Education \- Professional in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, Bizagi, Miro, Kanban, etc. Experience \- At least 2 years of experience in functional analysis or requirements management. \- Experience documenting processes and designing functional solutions. \- Experience actively participating in agile teams using Scrum methodology. Technical Skills \- Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and collaborative sessions with business areas. \- Document user stories, use cases, and UML/BPMN diagrams to ensure clear communication between users and developers. \- Design functional solutions using mockups, wireframes, and data models. \- Coordinate functional testing (UAT), validate deliverables, and manage change requests. \- Develop manuals, operational guides, and training materials for users. \- Support backlog planning, refinement, and tracking.
