





DESCRIPTION Junior Consultant who will perform support activities in the implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance of IT service management solutions (ITSM, ITOM, Automation, PAM, CMDB, among others) based on the platforms **CA Broadcom**, **Ivanti**, and **BMC Helix**. The junior consultant will be responsible for executing technical tasks under supervision, participating in continuous improvement projects, and providing first and second level support to clients. REQUIREMENTS **Knowledge in:** **CA Broadcom** * CA Service Desk Manager (SDM) * CA Process Automation (PAM) * CA UIM or Spectrum (desirable) **Ivanti** * Ivanti Neurons for ITSM / Ivanti Service Manager * Creation of forms, Quick Actions, Business Rules, and Workflows * Use of Web Services (SOAP/REST) and validation expressions **BMC** * BMC Helix ITSM (AR System, Smart IT, Mid Tier, Smart Reporting, Data Wizard, Data Import) * Basic knowledge in configuring Incident, Change, Problem, Asset modules * Familiarity with migrations, dashboards, or REST API integrations **Other valued skills** * ITIL v4 fundamentals * Basic SQL (queries and filters) * Understanding of ITSM and CMDB processes * Proficiency with documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, Word, Excel) * Analytical ability and fast learning. * Customer and service orientation. * Teamwork and good technical and functional communication. * Proactivity and investigative attitude. * Attention to detail and accurate documentation.
