Prepare an annual maintenance budget or forecast, including equipment, spare parts, labor and all necessary supplies to fulfill the proposed maintenance program. 2\. Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring their efficiency and timeliness. 3\. Maintain detailed records of maintenance interventions and used spare parts. 4\. Participate in and support the purchasing process for materials dedicated to the maintenance department. Coordination with other departments: 5\. Collaborate with managers, leaders, and administrators to keep equipment and facilities in optimal condition. 6\. Coordinate with the Technical Department to ensure maintenance tasks performed in the workshop are carried out safely, following regulations established by the Aeronautical Authority and component manufacturers. 7\. Instruct and assist personnel under supervision on proper work procedures and practices to be followed during assigned inspection tasks. 8\. Ensure that all technical documentation related to maintenance work is complete at the time of job completion. 9\. Provide maintenance staff with the required technical information to carry out maintenance on various components and parts. 10\. Request necessary spare parts for different maintenance activities.
