You will optimize company resources, drive continuous improvement projects balancing economic efficiency, industry standards compliance, and operational needs satisfaction, as well as lead aircraft modification campaigns to achieve goals set by the company and the Vice Presidency. **Check-in / Requirements to board:** * Academic background: Professional degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, electronic engineering, electrical engineering, or electromechanical engineering. Airworthiness Specialist License - IEA issued by Aerocivil (desirable) * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in roles related to airworthiness management or aircraft maintenance with an operator service. (Desirable, minimum 1 year) * Technical Knowledge * General proficiency with Office tools. * Experience with AMOS maintenance software.
