Because the challenges you'll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and attributions** * Provide on-site technical support to users of applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes) within the organization. * Collaborate with network services, software systems engineers, or application development teams to restore service or identify issues. * Personnel responsible for on-site handling of incidents and/or requests received through the Service Desk. * Address cases reported by branches nationwide via remote connection tools initially, and follow up on work performed by on-site technicians visiting branches across the country. **Requirements and qualifications** * Two (2) years of specific experience in hardware and software support for end-user computing equipment and infrastructure, with knowledge of the offered tool. * Knowledge and/or experience in ITIL 4 Foundation practices and management (certification desirable). * Technological training degree, completion of 7 semesters of professional university studies, or a professional degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. Diploma or certificate of completion for courses on Microsoft operating systems in any of their versions. * Intermediate English level (B1) desirable.
