An important educational association is urgently seeking a Bakery Assistant with pastry knowledge to join its work team. **Requirements:** **Education:** * High school graduate, gastronomy student, or technician in baking **Experience:** · One (1) year specifically in the position, or two (2) years in related roles · **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday **Type of contract:** * Work or labor **Salary:** * $1,423,500 including all legally mandated benefits. **Required knowledge and skills:** * Food handling techniques, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Training in baking and pastry. **Functions:** · Assist in the production processes of bakery products according to procedures and scheduling established by the food service. · Carry out cleaning and disinfection procedures, GMP, operational procedures, and established control document records. · Prepare and handle raw food ingredients required for the preparation of bakery products. · Be available to produce bakery items when needed for events inside and outside the school.
