You will use analytical tools to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that optimize performance. Additionally, you will work closely with the Procurement team, enabling you to gain practical knowledge about the department’s operations and actively participate in key projects. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Create and maintain up-to-date supplier documentation. * Update prices in internal systems. * Modify prices in open purchase orders as needed. * Update records such as the PIR (*Purchase Info Record*) and the *Source List*. * Support supplier evaluations. * Assist in operational processes within the Procurement department. * Collaborate on projects, programs, or services aligned with the department’s objectives. * Provide support to internal clients such as Planning, Packaging, Quality, and NPS. * Support the preparation of reports, documents, and contracts. * Perform other tasks assigned by the Procurement team. * Analyze current processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency. * Support resolution of invoicing issues related to Procurement. **The Experience We’re Looking For** ------------------------------- University student in the final stages of a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, interested in professional development within dynamic, results-oriented environments.
