This is your opportunity! **Position Profile** We are seeking a Senior Compliance Officer with solid knowledge in anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CFT), corruption, transnational bribery, and personal data protection systems. **Requirements** · Academic Background: Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or Public Accounting. · Additional Training: The candidate must have: o UIAF-approved Compliance Officer training course (mandatory). o Specialization or extended training (+100 hours) in AML/CFT, Corruption, and Transnational Bribery risk management (mandatory). o Knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001 (desirable). · Experience: Minimum of 6 months as a Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer, preferably within consulting firms. **Responsibilities** This professional will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of regulatory frameworks such as SARLAFT, SAGRILAFT, SIPLA, SIPLAFT, Corporate Transparency and Ethics Programs (PTEE), and Personal Data Protection Management Systems for assigned clients. Key responsibilities include planning and executing work schedules, internal audits, training programs, report preparation, and fulfilling regulatory obligations, including database reporting to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
