For more information about PRGX, visit www.prgx.com. **Role Description** Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation solutions across PRGX LATAM & SOE, transforming key audit, reporting, and administrative management processes into more efficient, scalable, and value-oriented models. **Responsibilities** * Design the AI and automation roadmap aligned with PRGX's operational efficiency and value-generation objectives. * Identify automation opportunities in critical processes such as data capture, claims processing, forecasting, reporting, and vendor management. * Lead the implementation of AI and automation solutions from conceptualization to deployment. * Evaluate and select technological tools (Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, AI Builder, CrewAI, OCR, among others). * Establish standards for security, regulatory compliance, and best practices in AI usage. * Design and deliver AI and automation training programs for managers, leaders, and analysts. * Promote a culture of technology adoption and continuous improvement. * Monitor results, generate impact reports, and present success cases to key stakeholders. **Requirements** * Proven experience in AI, data science, automation, or digital transformation projects. * Knowledge of platforms such as Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio), AI frameworks (CrewAI, multi-AI agents), and visualization tools (Power BI). * Leadership and effective communication skills to positively influence multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to manage teams, track objectives, and develop talent. * Strategic thinking, results orientation, and focus on generating business value. **Our Commitment to Equal Opportunity** PRGX is an equal opportunity employer.
