Being DHL means developing your capabilities to the fullest **Position Objective** ---------------------- Ensure activities related to quality management in conditioning processes in accordance with customer requirements, pharmaceutical technical criteria, legal regulations of the industry, and company policies **Job Requirements** ---------------------------- * Graduated Technician and/or Technologist in Industrial Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy Technician, Business Management, Integrated Logistics Management or related fields * Knowledge of quality management systems (BPM/BPA/BPD) * Previous experience in product or process quality control preferably in the pharmaceutical sector * Experience in managing post-production activities, verification of samples and witnesses * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma * Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability * Excellent teamwork skills and effective communication **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Ensure that the product is conditioned according to the specifications defined by the customer * Ensure strict compliance with conditioning and control records per product / conditioning process * Internally review contract manufacturing process records and release this information timely and according to the defined schedule * Review the correct completion of the Batch Record and deliver it to the client's Quality department * Ensure strict compliance with established standards in the conditioning area related to GMP, documentation and other current regulations * Ensure proper identification of packaging materials, in-process product and finished product * Report and ensure correction of errors found in documentation * Promptly report non-conformities and deviations in general * Perform quality controls in the area, taking into account the established quality acceptance levels and sufficiency acceptance and sufficiency established. * Conduct inspection and approval of conditioned product * Closely supervise to prevent cross-contamination and mix-ups during all processes * Actively participate in investigations of corrective/preventive actions related to non-conformities and customer complaints• Record temperature and relative humidity data according to the established frequency * Ensure proper handling of materials and products according to their quality status * Apply and enforce instructions and procedures related to the work performed * Contribute to cost reduction and ensure measured use of resources * Request necessary resources for the fulfillment of their activities
