Complete form j12-f1 each time a product or supplier arrives. - During dispatches, verify product, packaging, and label information. Record in dispatch form. - Verify and record vehicle conditions using form j2-f9. - Verify and record the number of baskets shipped with orders; complete the corresponding form.
