Key Responsibilities * **Participate in the initiation, startup, and stabilization process of operations.** * Develop the work team with a continuous improvement focus. * Guarantee timely and high-quality generation of operational and financial metrics. * Lead process updates considering operational productivity. * Generate and implement continuous improvement processes to increase operational efficiency and achieve savings through process optimization. * Manage and control negotiations with clients, interacting with own and third-party suppliers. * Achieve and maintain an outstanding organizational climate within the work team. * Manage necessary actions to achieve service levels according to client commitments. * Consolidate, review, and present corresponding operational management reports. * Ensure documentation and updating of operational procedures. * Perform monthly billing. * Participate in managing new projects and initiatives in operational and back-office areas.
