Join us!** **Main job function:** Responsible for end-to-end execution of projects following organizational methodologies and standards, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategy and achievement of objectives. You will lead a multidisciplinary software development team and ensure proper budget management, performance indicators, and software quality. **Academic background:** Graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related programming fields. Postgraduate degree in project management, software engineering, or similar. **Experience:** Minimum five (5) years of experience, preferably in the financial sector in software development and/or technology projects. Three (3) years leading software development teams and technology service providers. **Technical knowledge/tools:** * Web and/or Mobile Application Development * Large-scale data processing architectures * Stages of the software development lifecycle * Budget management * Vendor management **Skills and Competencies.** * Leadership and team management skills * Oral and written communication skills * Problem-solving * Strategic and analytical thinking * Emotional intelligence *Hello!
