This person must collaborate with different departments to ensure proper execution throughout the product lifecycle, guaranteeing accurate delivery of assigned products, always seeking solutions and/or alternatives to deliver with high standards of quality and support. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, analysis, and data management to drive the strategy and success of our products. **Main Responsibilities** * Manages budgets for projects under responsibility. Works with Product Managers, IT, Support, and Operations to ensure resources are assigned to the right projects and that deadlines and delivery quality are met. * Monitors product performance periodically and, if issues are detected, manages the action plan to resolve them. * Plans initiatives under responsibility, tracking project management to ensure no deviations occur in execution time, budget, or scope. * Prepares requirements for new implementations and agreed-upon maintenance activities with Product Managers. * Conducts unit testing (UAT) to ensure development aligns with specified requirements. * Makes decisions to resolve day-to-day obstacles and escalates when necessary. * Designs processes supporting the necessary activities to meet customer requirements for assigned products, identifying potential risks and designing controls to mitigate or eliminate them. * Develops training plans for Support, Operations, and customer-dedicated engineering teams, as well as any other *back office* areas. These teams must possess the necessary knowledge to address any customer requests. **Basic Functions** * Ensures customer onboarding processes for portfolio products are simple and fast. * Collaborates effectively with various departments, achieving consensus to execute strategy. * Effectively handles complexity and change. * Demonstrates comfort in a matrix environment and cooperates with colleagues to establish generally collaborative and effective working relationships, particularly with Operations, Support, IT, and Product Managers teams. * Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrates attention to detail, with the ability to translate functional information into technical terms. * Understands the overall business landscape to identify opportunities and threats, and their impact on short- and long-term objectives. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in\-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
