Our model promotes sustainability and creates new economic, social, and environmental opportunities across various regions, fostering positive impact at both local and global levels. **Objective:** Ensure the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety (OHS) programs and policies within the company. **Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). * Monitor key performance indicators related to workplace safety. * Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance according to national legislation. * Design and deliver training programs on risk prevention, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), first aid, and workplace emergencies. * Promote employee wellness and health campaigns. * Investigate workplace accidents, prepare reports, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate emergency drills and response protocols. * Coordinate and maintain communication with occupational risk management companies (ARL), inspection agencies, and local regulatory bodies. * Ensure proper documentation management during inspections or external audits. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Professional degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * 2\-3 years of experience implementing OHSMS in industrial sectors, construction, or renewable energy. * Knowledge of national OHS regulations. * Identification and analysis of occupational risks. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience and/or passion for renewable energy.
