Ensure all equipment and machinery for cargo handling operate correctly and effectively. * Ensure and improve waiting times for order deliveries prepared in-store by optimizing merchandise distribution in the warehouse, and through planning and optimization of space, equipment, and personnel. * Ensure operational requirements are met, including resources, tools, work methods, and communication networks. * Optimize total supply chain costs while maintaining efficient operations at the lowest possible cost, positively impacting merchandise flow productivity through continuous monitoring, improvement, and achievement of key operational indicators. * Conduct thorough follow-up on product damage during handling in-store, identifying root causes of recurring damages and taking appropriate actions to minimize them. * Ensure a competent and diverse team trained in area processes, contributing to their development through continuous feedback and alignment with our culture. **Requirements:** Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail warehousing logistics operations. Experience in optimization and management of operational capacity, and continuous improvement models.
