This is achieved through constant monitoring of key metrics, evaluation and optimization of processes, efficient use of available resources and active participation in strategic projects of the area. Main Responsibilities * Manage the development and implementation of operational plans and logistics processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Execute action plans to meet established goals regarding customer service, service quality and financial performance at assigned sites or workstations. * Train, guide and support the team in performing daily tasks, promoting efficient logistics operations aligned with corporate standards. * Delegate responsibilities to relevant departments and monitor activities related to shipment reception, handling, dispatch and registration, ensuring continuous operational flow. * Organize and maintain order and cleanliness at workstations, ensuring optimal conditions for operations. * Implement planning and management of necessary human, material and logistical infrastructure resources for service delivery. * Conduct periodic reviews with clients to evaluate operational performance and achievement of agreed objectives. * Support the commercial and account management teams on contractual matters, commercial issues and client renewal planning. * Identify and propose business growth opportunities and strategies to strengthen relationships with existing customers. * Coordinate operational processes, site infrastructure, equipment, IT systems and organizational structure to ensure specific logistics capabilities. * Promote awareness of internal policies and ensure compliance with established contractual KPIs. Requirements to Apply * Professional degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics or related areas. * Advanced proficiency in the NTV system (essential). * Active participation in continuous improvement processes, productivity measurement and management. * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. * Experience leading teams. * Ability to build relationships and negotiate with internal and external clients. **Technical and Operational Knowledge:** * Preparation and management of operational reports. * Direct supervision on the operations floor. * Development and implementation of improvement processes. * Budget administration and preparation of operational projections. * Monitoring and analysis of metrics and indicators (KPIs). * Knowledge of Power BI (desirable).
