* Provide technical support, ensuring the stability of the technological platform. * Develop and maintain the inventory of equipment and licenses available to the organization. * Monitor and control incidents reported regarding software and hardware used by staff. * Administer intranet and internet networks, ensuring stability, proper management, and usage. * Timely inform coordination about elements the company may need to resolve, maintain, and/or improve services. * Prepare the respective reports requested by the company and those considered necessary to support decision-making. * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations agreed upon by the company with technology providers. * Project and suggest records that enable proper control over the handling and maintenance of technological equipment. * Develop plans and/or schedule maintenance activities and others.
