




**General Description** The Zoho Expert will be responsible for managing, programming, and optimizing the company's technological platforms, with a primary focus on Zoho CRM and Zoho FSM, as well as other modules within the Zoho suite. This position combines the roles of programmer, IT administrator, and digital process consultant, ensuring that technological tools support the company’s strategic goals and operational efficiency. **Core Responsibilities** * **Zoho Administration and Development:** + Configure, customize, and manage Zoho CRM, FSM, and other modules. + Develop custom functions using Deluge, APIs, and automation workflows. + Create reports, dashboards, and metrics aligned with company objectives. + Ensure integration of Zoho with other enterprise applications. * **IT Support and Problem Resolution:** + Address and resolve technical incidents related to hardware, software, and networks. + Maintain system security and ensure timely updates. + Monitor and ensure performance of devices and digital platforms. * **Digital Project Management:** + Analyze internal processes and propose improvements through Zoho and technological solutions. + Lead the implementation of new applications and modules. + Train staff on the proper use of Zoho and other digital tools. * Innovation and Optimization: + Research new technologies that enhance company productivity. + Automate repetitive processes to maximize efficiency. + Propose improvements to the organization's technological infrastructure. **Minimum Job Requirements** **Education / Experience** * 3+ years of experience working with Zoho CRM, FSM, or other modules. * Programming experience (Deluge, JavaScript, Python, APIs). * Prior experience in technical support and IT systems administration. * **Competencies** * Ability to solve complex problems. * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Excellent communication and training skills. * Teamwork and autonomy. * Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Skills in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis. * Planning and organizational skills. * Service-oriented. * Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks. **Physical Demands** * Remain seated at a computer for extended periods. * Perform repetitive hand and finger movements when using keyboards, mice, and other electronic devices. * Maintain visual concentration on computer screens and technological equipment for prolonged durations. * Have an appropriate home workspace that allows for safe and ergonomic posture. * Occasionally lift or move lightweight technological equipment (e.g., laptop, accessories, or peripherals). **Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.** **This document is subject to change at any time.**
