Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer or related professional with experience in the electrical sector, B2B commercial consulting, and sales team leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Sales team leadership. 2. Experience in the electrical sector and B2B consulting. 3. Advanced Excel skills and B2B commercial models. **Education:** Electrical Engineer, Electrician, Instrumentation and Control Engineer, or related field. **Experience:** · Minimum 3 years in the electrical sector (low voltage) or related industrial sectors in B2B commercial consulting. · Minimum 2 years leading, training, and coordinating sales teams. **Essential Knowledge:** ✓ Advanced Excel (commercial and financial analysis, dashboards) ✓ B2B commercial models ✓ RETIE and NTC 2050 standards applied to commercialization **Desirable Knowledge:** · Agile methodologies or project management (PMP / Scrum) · Artificial intelligence tools · English level B2 · CRM platform proficiency (SIESA preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
