Work is subject to established practices and procedures and may require periodic review with other teams or work groups. Due to changing priorities or different situations encountered, the incumbent relies on experience and judgment to plan and achieve objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** **Time and schedule control:** Preparing project baseline schedules according to measurement units using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. Generating reports that enable management to take actions to achieve project objectives. Assisting in preparing time forecasts to complete projects. **Cost control:** Identifying and comprehensively controlling critical project variables according to the established WBS. Monitoring and tracking man-hours and other project-related costs. Assisting in preparing cost forecasts to complete projects. **Ensure billing control:** Preparing proforma invoices based on earned value for each project. Processing and recording invoices received per project. **Support change management:** Initiating preparation of change orders and evaluating their impact. Identifying deviations that could positively or negatively affect assumptions referenced in the baseline. Generate project management indicators and reports in accordance with Worley's procedures. Understand the principles, practices and procedures of their discipline contained in Worley's Management and Knowledge System and apply them in daily work. **What You'll Bring?** **Software, processes and tools:** * Know and develop an intermediate proficiency level in using the tools required for practicing their discipline: GBS, BR, Ecosys, Primavera P6, RPT, MS Project, Management and Knowledge System. * Software, processes and tools: ERP (e.g., Oracle, SAP, etc.), advanced Excel. Problem-solving ability. * Engineering professional with 5 to 10 years of experience, bilingual Spanish\-English. Preferably with knowledge of Ecosys, project management training. Experience in project management activities and/or cost control.
