**Area:** Machining Center **Position:** Maintenance and Tool Handling Technician **Reports to:** Engineering Leader **Position level:** Operational **Position Purpose** Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, assembly of hydraulic units; machining on lathe and milling machine, tool handling. Ensure proper use, control, and preservation of assigned tools and equipment, contributing to meeting the company's quality, safety, and efficiency standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform maintenance on industrial and automation equipment. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic failures and carry out corresponding repairs. * Keep maintenance records and intervention reports up to date. * Verify the proper condition, calibration, and operation of tools before and after use. * Manage tool inventory, requesting replacement or repair when necessary. * Support the installation, assembly, and commissioning of industrial equipment or systems. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Report promptly any anomalies, incidents, or damage identified in equipment or tools. * Participate in training and continuous improvement programs related to maintenance and safety. **Required Competencies** * Knowledge of industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic). * Safe and technical handling of manual, electric, and measuring tools. * Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems. * Organization and control of tool inventories. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Commitment to safety, quality, and operational efficiency. **Education** Technical degree or technologist in Industrial Maintenance and Tool Handling or related fields. **Required Experience** Minimum **1 year of experience** in maintenance of pneumatic equipment and tool handling in production or automation environments. **Position Conditions** * Work schedule: Full time * Contract type: Fixed term * Modality: On-site Job type: Full time
