Ready to create together?** **MAIN FUNCTION** Responsible for originating, structuring, and negotiating specialized structured debt products for Spark clients (innovative and high-growth companies), through in-depth analysis of the business model, performance, and associated risks, aiming to design sophisticated and customized financial solutions that mitigate credit risk and promote profitable growth of the Spark portfolio. **EXPERIENCE** * At least 3 years of experience in financial modeling and detailed financial information analysis. * Participation in due diligence processes, legal negotiation, financial monitoring, and presentations before investment committees. * Coordination of processes with internal teams (trustees, recovery, lawyers, etc.). * Desired: Experience within the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Colombia or Latin America. **ACADEMIC BACKGROUND** Professional degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Additional education: * MBA * Certifications such as CFA or others related to structured finance or investments * English C1/C2 (essential) **TECHNICAL SKILLS** * Advanced financial modeling. * Comprehensive analysis of financial information (financial statements, tax, labor, etc.). * Structuring of specialized debt products: + Venture debt with warrants + Warehouse lines + Capital calls * Due diligence processes and legal formalization of credit structures. * Monitoring of financial indicators post-investment.
