Job Summary: The Road Safety Controller oversees and validates trips of both in-house and third-party fleets, ensuring compliance with road safety policies through control of measures for safe and effective driving. Control of road safety measures Position: ROAD SAFETY CONTROLLER **Vacancies:** 1 **Job Objective:** To track and validate every trip conducted by both in-house and third-party fleets, supervising and controlling the necessary measures and actions to achieve safe and effective driving, in accordance with established road safety and company policies. **Professional Profile:** Technician or Technologist in road safety, logistics and transportation, or related fields. **Experience:** 1 year of experience in identical or similar positions. **Competencies:** Compliance orientation, Communication, Discipline, Results orientation, Sense of urgency, Teamwork **Knowledge:** Proficiency in office tools, especially intermediate-level Excel. **Employment Conditions:** Direct indefinite-term contract with the company. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Salary:** $2\.141\.254 COP, including all statutory benefits. **Work Location:** Bogotá Work Location: On-site employment
