




**Job Summary** Carry out and execute activities related to the timely handling and processing of hotel and transfer booking requests in accordance with the organization's procedures and policies. **Main Responsibilities** Process customer requests for hotel services and transfers using the tools provided by the organization. Perform appropriate follow-up on requests, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Serve as an information channel between service providers and customers. Monitor response times of hotel and transfer providers. Generate quotations according to the requirements of travel advisors. Ensure service quality delivered to customers by guaranteeing fulfillment of their requirements. Record and consolidate relevant information for process traceability. **Education/Knowledge/Experience** Training in hospitality and tourism (Technical, Technologist or Professional degree). Customer service experience. Proficiency in English.
