





Administrative and Accounting Assistant* Job Description: We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible person to support the company's administrative, accounting, and human resources processes. The candidate will be responsible for document management, payroll support, purchases, supplier and customer service, and maintaining records in the Helisa system. Main Responsibilities: Prepare and submit monthly payroll and PILA filings. Manage petty cash and perform accounting entries in the Helisa system. Handle document management and physical/digital archiving. Assist in preparing employment certificates and reports requested by Management. Attend to customers, visitors, and manage correspondence. Provide support in accounting procedures. Requirements: Technical or technologist degree in administrative, accounting, or related fields. Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar roles. Intermediate level in Excel and accounting software (preferably Helisa). Excellent organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills. We Offer: Fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal. Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm, Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. SLMLV.
