**Process Assistant** **About the Role:** We are looking for passionate professionals with a proactive attitude and commitment to operational excellence. As a process assistant, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, analyzing results, and generating the necessary information on products and raw materials according to requested requirements, in order to provide timely information for decision-making. Likewise, ensure reliable laboratory results for raw materials and finished products, contributing to process improvement and decision-making. **What You Will Do:** * Ensure compliance with product and packaging specifications, as well as their traceability. * Manage non-conforming products through identification, segregation, and recording in the system. * Perform material inspection and release of raw materials and packaging in SAP. * Execute laboratory tests on products, raw materials, or competitors, identifying improvement opportunities. * Support the Initiatives area in the execution of technical trials. * Assess operational discipline and record shift updates in logs, including face-to-face handovers. * Maintain an updated inventory of counter-samples and ensure their availability for claims or audits. * Close production orders in SAP, ensuring test results are properly recorded. * Schedule and manage laboratory services and verify measuring equipment. * Conduct Data Quality audits and report findings in Quality DOM meetings. * Ensure implementation of GMS system procedures and policies related to safety, quality, and environment. **Who We Are Looking For:** * Technical or technological degree in quality, production, chemistry, or related fields, with desirable knowledge in laboratory testing. * Minimum 1 year of experience in quality or production areas, preferably in manufacturing plants. * Proficiency in office software tools. * SAP knowledge is desirable. **What Our Company Offers You:** Our purpose, Breaking Down Barriers for Well-Being, gives meaning to everything we do.
