This role drives the development of future leaders in the company, thanks to its cross-functional vision of the Core Business and active participation in key processes Additionally, it assists in the coordination and proper implementation of APEX programs and initiatives, providing support in trainings, workshops, and special projects within the Avient Operational MB scope, to contribute to improving the operational level of processes according to Avient Excellence guidelines. Types of activities may include distribution, supply planning, demand management, scheduling, and supply planning, etc. **Essential duties and responsibilities:** * Supports and participates in multifunctional project teams within operations and supply chain. * Promotes and supports the coordination of APEX continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma tools. * Helps replicate world-class internal processes. * Interacts with Operational Excellence and all areas to ensure improvements are implemented and sustained. * Identifies and develops metrics and key performance indicators for operational excellence to facilitate performance improvements. * Supports coordination of processes. * Participates in and supports audits. * Assists with necessary documentation to support improvements and achieve sustainability. * Other assigned tasks. **Scope** Cota Manufacturing Plant **Education** Industrial, Processes, Chemical Engineering or related fields **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in production plants, preferably in continuous improvement, quality or process areas
