Explore this opportunity on Gallagher and take the next step in your career with us! **How you'll make an impact** * Demonstrate outstanding listening skills while exhibiting excellent customer service, patience, and empathy to promote the company reputation of integrity. * Answer incoming phone inquiries from clients, claimants and medical providers about claims information. * Forward calls as needed to Resolution Managers and claims staff. * Prevent and defuse situations through research, customer education and exploring alternative solutions to ensure a successful resolution. **About you** * Advanced English level (Advanced B2 minimum required). * Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge. * Availability to handle calls and work on claims\-related issues. * 1 year of previous experience in contact center or customer support roles. * Training will be delivered On Site / Operations will be handled in a Hybrid model ***Please apply with your resume in English, otherwise your application will not be considered***
