Establish and apply rigorous administration and maintenance mechanisms to guarantee the reliability, accuracy, and integrity of customer and material information, thereby turning master data into a reliable source for decision-making. Drive automation to improve efficiency. Lead continuous improvement and strategic automation of data management processes. The goal is to optimize internal workflows within the department to reduce response times and achieve maximum operational efficiency. Ensure operational continuity and support. Maintain the availability of all critical processes related to customers and materials, ensuring their proper functioning and proactive adaptation to organizational needs to guarantee operational continuity across the entire value chain. Responsibilities: 1\. Centralized data lifecycle management: Manage the lifecycle (creation, modification, deactivation, and mass changes) of customers, materials, hierarchies, and vendors in Colombia, Ecuador, and Central America. 2\. Data quality assurance: Conduct periodic reviews and maintenance of customer master data, applying defined rules to identify and implement necessary corrections. 3\. Operational account configuration: Manage the creation and setup of essential auxiliary accounts (e.g., sales representatives, managers, employees, bank accounts for refunds, and customers in external tools such as Spoonity/Minimaster). 4\. SAP configuration maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance of process configurations within SAP so the system operates correctly and delivers expected results. 5\. Coordination of changes with central teams: Act as a liaison to request configuration changes or modifications from central teams (e.g., AkzoNobel India and Logistics) and communicate adjustments to affected users. 6\. Technical testing management: Perform functional testing (test) for SAP configuration changes prior to production implementation, ensuring system stability. 7\. Monitoring and reporting of failures: Identify, report, and manage the resolution of technical failures or incidents affecting operations, using established ticketing systems. 8\. Proposal and execution of improvements: Propose and drive process changes and automation initiatives to optimize user experience and achieve higher operational efficiency within the department. 9\. Information analysis and optimization: Create or enhance solutions for data extraction and analysis, simplifying processes to generate more timely information for decision-making. 10\. Development of indicators and reports: Generate, ensure, and deliver periodic master data reports within defined deadlines, and develop new key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department. 11\. User training and onboarding: Train and provide ongoing support to trainees, sales representatives, coordinators, and advisors from different countries on the correct use of customer master data and departmental processes. 12\. Documentation and communication: Document and update departmental procedures and instructions, as well as communicate system changes and updates to affected audiences to ensure proper understanding and operation.
