Position: CCTV Specialist Location: Bogota, Colombia Employment type: Full\-time Work model: on\-site **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure CCTV systems are fully operational, well\-maintained, and consistently monitored, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders * Oversee the control room and ensure all equipment functions efficiently with timely maintenance and servicing * Monitor camera status daily, ensuring clear visuals, proper recording, and full system connectivity * Install, configure, and manage VMS applications such as Milestone, AXIS Camera Station, or Hikvision * Troubleshoot technical issues, implement system improvements, and perform regular preventive maintenance * Train and support CCTV operators, ensuring proper system use and adherence to procedures * Collaborate with Network and Storage teams to ensure data integrity, connectivity, and system reliability * Maintain CCTV software on all devices and provide 24/7 on\-call support for any CCTV emergencies. * **REQUIREMENTS:** * Native/fluent in Spanish, with good command in English, both verbal and written * Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation/Control System Engineering * Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and related software * Proven experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV setups * Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments * Experience with Milestone or similar VMS platforms preferred * Familiarity with SAN, NAS, and DAS storage systems preferred * Working knowledge of LAN administration, user management, and backups * Experience with server and storage hardware (HP, Dell, EMC, Blade) preferred * Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking * Available to respond CCTV emergencies around the clock. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive salary and international work environment * International work environment * Opportunities for career development * And many more!
