At TEDMAQ, a leading company in the design and manufacturing of industrial machinery for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and cosmetic sectors, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to drive the efficiency of our operations and contribute to the growth of a brand with over 39 years of experience in the industry. **What will you do in this role?** * Inventory management: Supervise and optimize stock levels to ensure product availability. * Logistics operations: Coordinate the supply chain, ensuring efficiency at every stage of the process. * Carrier handling: Manage and negotiate with national and international logistics operators to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. * Dispatch and receipt of goods: Coordinate inbound and outbound product processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. * National and international shipments: Plan and supervise shipments, including customs documentation and applicable regulations. * Goods flow control: Implement control systems to maintain traceability and quality in every logistics movement. * Document management: Verify and keep updated documentation related to transportation and inventory. * **OPERATIONAL** If you have skills in leading processes, a strategic vision, and are ready to take on a key role in our operations, we want to meet you. **What are we looking for?** * Education: Technical or Technologist degree in Logistics. * Operational leadership. * Valid driver's license A2 and C1 (for local travel). * Knowledge of office tools such as Odoo. **What do we offer?** * Salary ranging from $1,800,000 to $2,200,000 depending on experience + all statutory benefits. * Immediate hiring. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm).
