**Marketing Operations Manager Analyst** We're looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst who loves turning data into decisions that move the business forward. You'll partner with the broader marketing team and marketing operations peers to uncover insights, improve processes, and connect marketing performance to real outcomes. In this role, you'll get hands\-on with Hockeystack and Salesforce, helping shape strategies, guide decisions, and boost productivity. You'll consult with marketers to interpret data, work within operations to enhance data accuracy, be responsible for onboarding and validate new sources, and build dashboards that deliver actionable insights. You'll also play a key role in optimizing our AI solutions to support self\-service reporting across teams. Founded in Israel in 2010, Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv, Plano, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Amsterdam, Tbilisi and Medellin. **In this role, you will be responsible for:** **Evolve and Maintain Our Marketing Insights Platform** * Expand and strengthen our analytics infrastructure across our website, demand gen, content, ABM, and social channels. * Monitor data flows across platforms to catch issues early, reconcile discrepancies, and prevent data loss. * Gather feedback and iterate with our user community to keep our insights platform relevant and effective as business needs evolve. **Turn Data Into Action** * Consult and support marketing teams on how to interpret data in order to understand and use the information to drive better decisions and outcomes * Will be asked to analyze campaign, funnel, and channel performance to uncover trends and improve processes and make recommendations to Operations and marketing leadership * Design and enhance dashboards that clearly show campaign results, engagement, and pipeline impact. * Use automation and AI\-driven analytics to make reporting faster, smarter, and more self\-serve driven * Ensure dashboards are intuitive, actionable, and aligned with business goals. **Keep Data Clean and Reliable** * Own the data hygiene, governance, and AI layer for our global attribution platform * Manage integrations, API connections, and data pipelines that power reporting. * Maintain documentation of data sources, definitions, and audiences — and keep teams updated. * Proactively identify and fix data discrepancies, with ongoing monitoring and quality checks * Drive measurement accuracy by working backward from business outcomes, ensuring all tagging, tracking and data capture framework are complete and reliable **Analyze and Communicate Insights** * Measure engagement, ROI, and content performance to surface what's working, not working with potential recommendations * Help turn complex data into clear, compelling stories for marketers and executives alike. * Present insights to leadership and recommend data\-backed improvements to tools, processes, and strategy. **About you** **Education \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. * Proven experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a data\-driven marketing role. * Experience working in B2B SaaS or a similar data\-rich, high\-growth environment (a plus). **Technical Skills** * Hands\-on experience with Hockeystack or other BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Oracle Analytics, etc.). **Hockeystack experience is not required** * Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) a must and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) * Tracking and Tag Management: Deep understanding of web tagging (UTMs, event tracking, GTM) and first party data collection set\-ups * Experience configuring event schemas and dashboards and familiar with attribution models * API, Webhooks, capable of setting up and troubleshooting API * Strong understanding of data pipelines, integrations, and how marketing data flows across platforms. * Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and/or Python for data analysis *(a plus but not required)*. * Knowledge of B2B marketing funnels, lead attribution, and campaign performance tracking. **Analytical \& Strategic Skills** * Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that are digestible to the marketing user community * Skilled at identifying trends, measuring performance, and tying marketing activity to business outcomes. * Strong attention to detail: Be able to spot data quality issues before they impact reporting and be part of the solution to create stopgaps or provide governance to minimize impact * Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders across marketing leadership. **Soft Skills \& Mindset** * Curious, analytical, and solutions\-oriented.
