You will also support our Ground Ops and Logistics organizations, serving as a central support center for making necessary package and route adjustments live. **Compensation \& Schedule:*** $7 USD per hour (converted to COP based on current exchange rates), we anticipate 40 hours of work per week. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. * We have schedules starting at the following times: + Various schedules + All schedules include work on weekends and holidays. + Schedules include 5 shifts \& 2 days off per week. + We are targeting a start date of January 7th, 2026\. **What you’ll do:*** Be the first point of contact for driver issues and internal team needs * Solve complex problems with a focus on detail to serve both driver partners and internal operations teams * Respond to emails; review background checks and handle internal request tasks * Assist, as needed, with responsibilities outside of the normal day\-to\-day tasks * Work with Veho management to develop and implement new processes and improvements to existing processes **What You Bring:*** Passion about a top\-tier tech startup that aims to build the next powerhouse of logistics technology * Ability to quickly navigate technology, multitasking with multiple systems * Work well in a fast\-paced environment that is, at times, has high incoming email/chat volumes * Excellent verbal and written communication * Detail orientation * Experienced with Zendesk, Chekr, Slack (nice to have) **Important Note:**This opportunity is based in Bogotá, Colombia and offers the chance to partner with Veho as we expand globally.
