And we have great news! … We are looking for a Superstar like you, customer\-focused and eager to have the best day, every day…**Main Responsibilities:** 1\. **Training Program Development:** Design, implement, and manage training programs aligned with the Sales Academy and external sources to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals, maintaining updated KPIs. 2\. **Sales Academy Rollout:** Develop and deploy comprehensive learning programs that address the needs of both new and existing sales personnel. 3\. **Leadership Support:** Provide expertise and guidance to sales management for the effective delivery of training initiatives that support revenue growth. 4\. **Performance \& Progress Tracking:** Monitor training activities, evaluate results, and maintain records on employee progress and curriculum development to identify improvement areas. 5\. **Competency \& Evaluation:** Assess sales team competencies, track training effectiveness, and make recommendations to strengthen individual and team capabilities. 6\. **Structured Learning \& Coaching:** Organize management development sessions, onboarding, and on\-the\-job training, while coaching Sales Leaders for consistent execution. 7\. **Trainer Development:** Train, evaluate, and support internal trainers through “Train the Trainer” programs to ensure high\-quality learning delivery. 8\. **Collaboration \& Communication:** Maintain close relationships with sales, management, and cross\-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and feedback. 9\. **Continuous Improvement \& Best Practices:** Stay updated on training solutions, identify best practices, and adapt curriculum to evolving business needs. 10\. **GSIP \& Culture Development:** Ensure execution of the Global Sales Improvement Process, promote Best in Class Sales Fundamentals, and foster a high\-performance culture across the organization.**Your Perfil** 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field of study. Masters degree or equivalent preferred 2\. Successful front line selling experience (5\+ years) 3\. Successful Sales Management/Leadership experience, ideally leading a Sales Team / Country Sales Management (3\+ years) 4\. Due to the level of expertise required of DHLE Sales Processes, tools, ideally successful previous experience in DHL Express**Entidad Legal de Posteo** DHL Express Colombia Ltda.
