Our **AI solutions** enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision\-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results. **Role:** Talent Partner **Location:** Remote **About the Role:** As Brandtech\+ expands into Colombia, we're seeking a highly motivated **Talent Partner** to help us build and scale new teams from scratch. You will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and onboarding top\-tier talent across the advertising and creative sectors. We need someone who thrives in dynamic environments and has a proven track record of growing talent pipelines within the creative and advertising industries. This role requires a deep understanding of the creative landscape, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to form strategic partnerships that ensure we attract the best talent. You'll collaborate closely with business leaders to ensure our teams are positioned to meet the needs of our growing client base, while supporting the long\-term vision of the company. **What You'll Be Doing:** * **Drive talent acquisition strategies:** Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract high\-calibre candidates across creative, project management, and technology roles. * **Proactively source candidates:** Utilize a range of sourcing techniques, including networking, online platforms, and partnerships with creative communities, to find top talent. * **Scale teams efficiently:** Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and rapidly scale up creative teams in response to business demand. * **Lead the candidate experience:** Ensure an exceptional recruitment experience, from screening through to onboarding, building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. * **Support diversity initiatives:** Drive inclusive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool that reflects the global and local nature of our work. * **Stay ahead of industry trends:** Keep up\-to\-date with trends in the advertising and creative industries, ensuring that our hiring strategies remain competitive. * **Leverage data for decision making:** Use recruitment analytics and reporting to guide hiring decisions and optimize recruitment processes. **You'll Have:** * 5\+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the creative or advertising industries. * Strong understanding of creative roles such as motion designers, project managers, artworkers, and AI creatives. * Proven experience in building and scaling teams, ideally within high\-growth environments. * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital sourcing tools. * Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills. * A passion for the advertising and creative landscape, with the ability to engage and inspire top talent. * Ability to operate in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment. * Fluency in both English (B2\+) and Spanish. **Good to Have:** * Experience working with AI and creative technologies. * Knowledge of Colombian employment law and local recruitment best practices. \#LI\-TL1 \#Mid \#BTG\+ \#Remote Req 11670 Our values shape everything we do: Be **Ambitious** to succeed Be **Imaginative** to push the boundaries of what's possible Be **Inspirational** to do groundbreaking work Be **always learning and listening** to understand Be **Results\-focused** to exceed expectations Be **actively pro\-inclusive and anti\-racist** across our community, clients and creations *Brandtech\+, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
