At Hogar Universal, a leading company in the production and distribution of home goods, we are seeking a Technical Center Assistant to efficiently perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of small electrical appliances received under warranty or technical service, ensuring their proper operation and contributing to the daily work plan fulfillment of the Technical Center. **Requirements:** **Education:** High school diploma or technical studies in electricity, electronics, electromechanics, or related fields. **Experience:** 2 years of experience in diagnosis, repair, or maintenance of electromechanical equipment in technical service centers, repair workshops, after-sales support, or white goods and small appliance maintenance. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency with electrical and mechanical tools. * Knowledge of basic electricity, electronics, and mechanics. * Ability to diagnose product faults. * Proficiency with measurement instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, pressure gauge). * Procedures for disassembly and repair. **Main Responsibilities:** * Repair small electrical appliances and pressure cookers received at the Technical Center, ensuring their proper operation. * Diagnose customer-reported faults, identify root causes, and record information in the system. * Review the assigned daily work plan, verifying the number of products scheduled for repair. * Record in the system the diagnosis, repairs performed, and materials used for each service order. * Timely request spare parts or materials required to complete assigned repairs. * Verify customer-provided information on the service order before beginning product inspection. * Prioritize equipment repair according to order of arrival and established deadlines. * Receive products delivered by team members from other departments, verifying their condition and service sequence. * Test product functionality before delivery to the customer or dispatch. * Provide in-person technical advice to customers when needed regarding proper product use and maintenance. * Keep the work station clean, organized, and safe, following industrial safety procedures. * Properly use technical tools, sensors, and specialized equipment for product repair. **Working Conditions:** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday.
