RENTAL PRICE:
Price varies between $45,000 and $85,000 depending on date and number of guests.
ADDITIONAL FEES
- Cleaning fee upon departure: $90,000, mandatory.
- Refundable deposit: $200,000.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- During peak days (December 24–31, Holy Week), minimum rental is 4 nights.
- During vacation week, minimum rental is 3 nights.
- Children under 3 years old do not pay; starting at age 4, standard rates apply.
- Minimum rental capacity is for 10 people.
- Bed capacity for 14 people; if the group is larger, additional guests will use mattress pads.
- Reservation requires 50% payment.
- Cancellation up to one week in advance incurs a 20% penalty of the contract value.
- PETS ARE ALLOWED.
- Contract is signed upon receipt.
- Check-in time: 3:00 pm (negotiable)
- Check-out time: 12:00 pm (negotiable)
