THE POSTED PRICE IS PER NIGHT AND APPLIES FOR 10 PEOPLE, WEEKDAYS AND FOR MORE THAN ONE NIGHT.
The house has a constructed area of 300 square meters and the lot where the house is located has an area of 523 square meters; it is located 4 km from Carmen de Apicalá - Tolima, 15 minutes from Melgar.
The 4km from the center of Carmen de Apicalá to the house are not paved.
4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators, game room with ping pong table, boli rana and board games, sound system with karaoke and TV, parking for 4 cars; on the outside there is a pool (4.5m x 10m) with jacuzzi and interior lighting, covered BBQ, basketball hoop, tejo court and wood stove.

RENTAL PRICE:
The price varies between $30,000 and $70,000 depending on the date and number of people.
ADDITIONALS
- Cleaning fee upon departure $90,000, mandatory.
- Daily cleaning, kitchen and assistance $60,000, optional.
- Refundable deposit $200,000.
TO KEEP IN MIND:
- On peak days (December 24 - 31, Holy Week), minimum rental is 4 nights.
- During vacation week, minimum rental is 3 nights.
- Children under 3 years old do not pay; starting at 4 years old, regular payment applies.
- Minimum rental is for 10 people.
- Capacity for 14 people in beds; if the group is larger, they will be accommodated on mattresses.
- Reservation requires 50% deposit.
- Cancellation up to one week in advance with 20% penalty of the contract value.
- PETS ARE ALLOWED.
- Contract is signed upon receipt.
