We are looking for a full stack developer. Someone obsessed with building and stabilizing products, proficient in React or Angular \+ NestJS, and who understands financial and budgetary flows. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN: * React 18\+ or Angular 16\+ (please genuinely master at least one) * NestJS with JWT, controllers/services/repositories, DTOs, and Swagger * Strong architectural judgment: modularity, code cleanliness, separation of layers. * Data validation and access security (roles, permissions, who can view what). * Generation of transactional and executive reports supporting audit or control (e.g.: budget executions, trial balance, accounting schedules, traceability of CDP/CRP, expenditures by fund).
